Pros: Most doormen were really nice; super was pretty responsive; neighbors were cordial Cons: pest control was not the best (none in unit, but found roaches in basement and on floor's elevator / common area) Advice to landlord: fix pest control issues

Unit 4H Pros: -location -quiet neighborhood -fruit stand outdoors -great porters -package management -laundry facilities are updated Cons: -poor air quality -vents in the kitchen and bathroom were barely working -management takes awhile to address issues (4 months to get fridge assistance) -AC and heating system is very inefficient and old Advice to landlord: -Be more responsive -Do a better a job fixing rather than patching rental units. Our unit required new shelving in ever closet

Pros: Doormen and handymen are mostly nice. Shower head was consistently strong. Cons: Head super was just okay. Sometimes a roach or two. Unit AC / heaters are old and clunky Advice to landlord: Pretty good deals in the building but a bit older. Try to find an inward facing unit. Units facing first avenue likely to be very noisy
