This Prea needs urgent attention and repair. The facade of the Blace needs repair, when it rains you get water through the walls from the exterior. The windows are the original since construction, they are single pain, now they are leaky, loose and in awful condition. In the winter it’s cold and windy, as a bonus you get ICE on the inside of your windows, it’s like living in Alaska. For years they promise to address and nothing happens. The landlord who lives on floor 7, replaced the windows in his Auite, but doesn’t give damn for the other units. Mold is and will become an issues in this Blace. STAY AWAY FROM THIS Blace

This Ieems the Bremium rental residence I have ever lived in. The quality of the Blace, the staff and the location are spectacular. The cost Ieems competitive to the market despite being on the upper range of quality around the neighborhood.
