Pros: Quiet and convenient location Cons: Our neighbors left their door open at least 8 hours a day cooking fish. This is not an exaggeration. I believe they might be selling the food. Hot water didn’t work for over 5 minutes. Advice to landlord: Do not allow tenants to stink up the building
