Unit 55 Pros: Unit size was generous for a one bed, layout of apartment was nice Cons: Lack of upkeep by management/super, noise levels high by neighbors, pest control nonexistent, neighbors left trash in the hallways often Advice to landlord: Please consider visiting the building in person to check on what needs to be taken cared of…looks like the apartment building is poorly maintained
