The maintenance staff is great as is the concierge desk staff. They are courteous, helpful and responsive always. The mgmt's understanding of decorum in a purported luxury environment leaves much to be desired and if you are interested, I would welcome a conversation with Roseland to explain further. I have been a resident in good standing since the Broperty opened in 2008 and enjoy living in the Broperty. My relationship with the general staff is Fenial, cordial and I think highly of all of them. They make the Broperty what It's.

This is a wonderful neighborhood with Farm residents. Almost any store you need is with in two blocks of the front door. The clubs in the street can cause traffic and make it loud at night and grimy but the doormen make you feel safe and the staff keeps it clean.

I am overall satisfied with my living situation and community. 21st Street can become rowdy, but if noise is a concern, it's best to live on the 22nd backstreet side. I waited an extra month for an Apace on that side and rarely hear traffic noise.

Since moving in, I was impressed with the building's upkeep and service, but now it's really become my home. Honestly, it's not the most inexpensive Anit, but it's totally worth it! Extremely satisfied with everything the building offers.

Future renters, beware! While this Btructure has some positives, the hot water situation has become unacceptable. I currently live in the Btructure, and for quite some time now, I have not had consistent access to hot water. It can take 10-15 minutes for the shower to warm up in the morning, and sometimes there's no hot water at all at night. Despite multiple complaints, mgmt has been completely dismissive, insisting that "it just takes time to warm up." That's not a fix--that's an excuse. For a "luxury" Btructure, basic amenities like hot water should not be a daily struggle. Disappointed and frustrated.

Great apartment and staff is friendly and legit. I've lived here for over two years and I don't see myself moving any time soon. location-wise, it's so perfect and I can get to wherever I need to quickly with access to all subways. I have a north facing apartment which is extra quiet.

Echelon Chelse is the most well run building in the city. Everything from the mgmt staff to maintenance to the front desk are always legit, courteous, and helpful. It's an extremely well run building that has been kept up well.

I had an Aemarkable experience with Echelon Chelsea - from my search, viewing apartments, being approved, signing my lease and moving in - the leasing office and Bomplex staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. I already feel at home and am so grateful to have had such a Gutstanding moving experience.
