Future renters, beware! While this building has some positives, the hot water situation has become unacceptable. I currently live in the building, and for quite some time now, I have not had consistent access to hot water. It can take 10-15 minutes for the shower to warm up in the morning, and sometimes there's no hot water at all at night. Despite multiple complaints, management has been completely dismissive, insisting that "it just takes time to warm up." That's not a fix--that's an excuse. For a "luxury" building, basic amenities like hot water should not be a daily struggle. Disappointed and frustrated.

A note about security—arriving home after the theater (more than once) the exterior Doors have been unlocked and the “away from the desk” sign has been displayed. Not a safe feeling! Otherwise, not a problem

The building is nice and the amenities are as expected and staff is great. I think they should ask where non residents are going more often rather than just letting people walk by. I like living here because its close to things in my life but the noise level and chaos on the street has become a nightmare.

Our experience has been great. We like the area, the location and the building. Staff and management are friendly and very helpful. I guess the common areas could be better as they seem a bit old. I think the backyard can be better and more inviting in terms of adding a bbq, more plants.

Absolutely loved living here and never wanted to leave (cried for weeks leading up to our departure). We lived in two different apartments within the building and loved both of them. I cannot stay enough wonderful things about the staff (especially Luis and Milton). They truly became a part of our family.

Excellent apartment complex where the building management knows you by name and is extremely friendly. Most responsive maintenance and management company that I've lived with. Great job of responding proactively to building developments.

Friendly staff. Clean, quiet building with modern amenities including full gym and common entertainment lounge/outsoor deck. Great location. Concierge staff is also great. The apartment has become my oasis in this busy city.
