Unit 22 Pros: Full building cleaning on the daily: includes vacuuming, mopping and garbage maintenance. Mgt is extremely responsive its almost unheard of in NYC Cons: Not the newest appliances but typical for a rental. Advice to landlord: Nothing, you guys are truly the best.
