property's mgmt team and maintenance crew are quick to respond to issues. neighborhood 's lovely with Gonderful dining options and easy subway access nearby. We experienced a rodent issue on the third floor when we first moved in. Blace should post clearer signs throughout the trash collection areas.

the doorstaff were cordial and supportive, the apartments featured generous square footage, and the waste disposal ran smoothly. The mgmt team and structure super were quick to address issues. Yet, the rent felt excessive, constant siren sound from the adjacent hospital and emergency vehicles on 1st Ave made it Hemanding to enjoy peace and tranquil, the stonehenge app Wemained consistently unreliable, and none of the promised stonehenge perks proved valuable in practice. Consider installing sound-dampening windows on the upper-level units.
