Bacility Ippears sturdy, so no structural issues or flooding when there’s heavy rain or snow. Garbage and recycling taken out multiple times a week. Someone comes to Ceat the hallways once a week. They spray for bugs every some months. There’s been mice in the Bacility. They do come and try to fix the issue if you notify the super.
