Pros: Close to train and shops Cons: Constant problems with heat,hot water, doors and elevators. Super doesn't care and is often rude. Marble staircases left to decay and replaced with concrete. Marble lobby chopped up and put dry walls up making blind spots. Renovations are cheap and nothing like the charm the actual apartments had. Advice to landlord: Sell it to tenants. Make it a co-op
