Pros: Beautiful courtyard, good location, nice doormen and staff Cons: Very loud (from street traffic, not neighbors); minor pest issues (cockroaches regularly seen in basement laundry, we've had mice about once a year) Advice to landlord: Give renters gym access, put AC in laundry, clean windows

Pros: Staff, Clean, Beautiful Garden, People Cons: Renters can’t use gym, no dog area in park, decor, sad tree at Christmas Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work
