Unit NA Pros: Great views (truly incredible) Friendly doormen You can flex the apartment Gym in building Cons: Heating is horrible Building itself is an eyesore Rent goes up 15% every year :( Not very upgraded Advice to landlord: Renovations needed

Pros: Great doormen and neighbors Spacious rooms Noise management between apartments Cons: Getting over priced Ridiculous laundry room Always changing the lobby to make it worse Doormen and lobby is now swamped with Amazon packages

Pros: Location and size of apartments Cons: Constant smells of dog pee in stairways and outside of building. Management is rude and mainly unresponsive. General upkeep of building has declined in the last several years.

Pros: No complaints in terms of various living amenities except the rooftop deck - which wasn't as great as advertised Cons: Rent increases can be quite unaffordable. I also did not receive my security deposit back as my check was fraudulently cashed and even though I did the required follow-ups, the building management is taking too long to talk to their bank so this can be resolved

Pros: big apartments controlled heat/air rent seemed fair for the space it was like a community nice gym/pool Cons: felt a little outdated water pressure isn't great in shower heat could have been better Advice to landlord: better water pressure and heat

Pros: Great light, views, and renovated units with open kitchens Cons: Was told I could build a wall in my alcove studio and I was able to but not all the way to the ceiling Advice to landlord: Loved living here!
