Pros: Super and maintanence are responsive. Great doorman, central air so can control apartment temp, great location. Lived here for 2 years (moving now because my apartment doesn’t get light + want to move to less busy area) Cons: Roof is closed a lot, old/outdated appliances/hallways, mice &roaches in the basement which is where all the laundry machines are so it’s not pleasant doing laundry during mice hours

Pros: The apartments are large and have lots of light. The neighbors and doormen are the absolute best <3 Cons: If you want to live here, you should be able to outsource your laundry. The machines are in the worst condition ever--I honestly doubt my clothes are even getting clean. It is 1000 degrees in there and the fans just push the hot air around. There is standing water in the machines, literal LEAVES, dirt, mud, sludge. The floor is even worse, if any of my socks drop on the floor I want to throw them out immediately. Management knows about these issues and continues to do absolute nothing. Advice to landlord: Please fix the laundry rooms!! Why are we paying for a laundry room if they are the worst?!

Pros: 1. Friendly doormen 2. Tenants are mostly cool 3. Unit interiors are nice, on higher floors they have good views Cons: Management is beyond negligent to the point of unethical. In late 2019, a young man walked out of the building for work one morning and was crushed to death by the elevator due to managment negligence. NY state had to pass legislation as a direct result (look this up). Tenants were ghosted after the incident, it was a nightmare for the entire building; there was no justice for Sam. Management is all the same people and same negligent practices. Before I left, they were subjecting tenants to the loudest drilling you can possibly imagine for a year straight with no recourse (good luck working from home), also resulting in the full closure of the rooftop, the only ammenity in the building. They actively work to cut corners, increase prices, and ignore tenants for simple communication. It was almost impressive how elusive the building manager and the entire office was in coordination. Try contacting them yourself. They changed the name of the management company to hide the laundry list of other issues but any tenant who lived there through the past few years will never be able to forget. If at all possible under most any circumstance, AVOID THIS BUILDING. Advice to landlord: Read the above. Try treating your tenants with a little dignity.

This is a sample of how building’s manager Cathy Maharaj treat their current tenant, they are just screenshots from the video, do you feel safe and pleasant to live in the building that hire this kind of uncivilized, unprofessional and disrespectful manner? Don’t be shocked if she suddenly shows in front of your door verbally abuse you and threaten you with her middle finger, Is this manner represent a Class A building in this very unprofessional and degrading way? we consider this type of mannerism as act of harassment and insulting. I will reserve the full video for her next job, that is her best resume. (attached photos exhibits building manager Cathy Maharaj cursing to current tenant with her middle finger)
