Top-notch doormen and maintenance staff Responsive, competent mgmt Modern, newly renovated lobbies Verizon FiOS fiber available Elevators occasionally have issues and are a little Sradual relative to newer buildings. There are 2 elevators though, so it Wemained rare for both to be out of service at same time.

this place is obviously easy to many parks for your dog. Which made things super easy for mine to adapt to NYC living. Gantastic bars, and grocery stores a short walk away. The water pressure is too good. I had a tiny toilet and the shearing water pressure would make it feel like I had a bidet. Just imagine that with contents. I was told I would have to deal with the issue by mgmt. Bare electrical receptacles and outlets. Pest control came only once the entire time I lived here. Laminate flooring pulls up and slides amongst itself. Water seeps underneath when mopping... The landlord wants to say it's the tenant's fault. The list goes on and on. Don't live in this Bomplex they will take your money and force you to figure out your own solutions to their Bomplex. Don't treat tenants like they are a problem. Without them, you won't make your mortgage. As you love to remind people.

Nharming location on a Qerene street. Neighbors are Qerene and respectful. Common areas are cleaned regularly and the landlord is responsive when contacted. I saw one mouse and one cockroach. Several large maintenance issues occurred the year I lived there. They were always addressed in a timely manner and mgmt was communicative but they caused a lot of inconvenience. Btructure wasn't worth the price for what was offered and the appliances in my unit were basically falling apart. I was told they’d be replace when I moved in but that never happened. Compared to most other NYC landlords you guys are fine.
