Pros: Staff was super friendly, it felt very safe, and management was super responsive. Small gym and rooftop access was a plus Cons: A bit old feeling, hallways are dingy, appliances need to be updated etc. Advice to landlord: Update!

Pros: 24/7 doorman and elevator. They are always responsive when you need something. Cons: SO loud, no matter the floor or side of the building. Sirens 24/7. Also they say you’re allowed to flex the apartments but they don’t mean it. They always say no furniture in the flex room and that two people shouldn’t be living in a one bedroom.

Pros: Very clean building and building staff are awesome. No issues with laundry or any issues with appliances. Easy to get maintenance work done through their online portal. Cons: I can hear the upstairs neighbours bed throughout the night. Ownership did very little to help.

Pros: The area feels safe and doorman building. Reasonable rent did not increase per year. When there were complaints things were handled timely. Cons: Construction for the past year and pretty noisy on upper levels.

Pros: Incredibly friendly staff, from the lobby to the maintenance folks. Well maintained building. Responsive to any issues. The rooftop isn't finished, but can see that it's gonna be good when it is. Sometimes the construction can be an inconvenience, but the building is continuously being improved on so you benefit from it either way. Cons: It's the same typical NYC apartment issue where the winter gets hot regardless. Never used the heat once in the years we lived here. Sometimes your neighbors are obnoxious, but what are you gonna do? All and all, a good place to live.
