Unit 20 Pros: Landlords are quick to respond and address any maintenance issues I've had. Often same-day. Area is quiet at night. Apt is well soundproofed, can’t hear neighbors. Excellent heating and hot water. Great location. Cons: Trash is stored in lobby and can smell in summer. Stairwell is a bit rundown. No door buzzer, which has its pros and cons. CCTV in lobby is never working which makes me feel less safe. Advice to landlord: Fix the CCTV
