Pros: Great renovations in apartment and amazing super Cons: Owner doesn’t want to help their tenants. They just care about making money. There is little to no response when big issues to be solved, like mold. It isn’t until we call 311 and report them that they take action. Advice to landlord: Have an open line of communication and actually step into your building for once.
