Pros: Up to date apartments with washer dryer in unit Cons: Rodent infestation - restaurant underneath the apartments. Would see mice daily and management was not helpful. Closed some holes but problem persisted. Other apartments were also used as Airbnb’s which we weren’t told. Stair case is very narrow and homeless would sleep infront of doorway. Landlord is very difficult and sought to raise rent during Covid. Horrible experience.

Pros: Good neighborhood, close to subway Cons: There's no sunlight in the unit, absolutely suffocating. I've had many issues like plumbing failure (toilet literally exploded and sudden hot water cut-off without any notice), built in furnitures collapsing (built in bathroom mirror fell and shattered all over the place, management DIDNT REPLACE one), absolutely no noise proof, no response from management EVER until you report to 311, built in washer and dryer failure (of course management didn't do anything about this for 6months) and the list GOES ON. Not to mention giant roaches you see in the bathroom. At midnight, if you open the door to get some air in, you will smell trash truck for an hour. Also, management miscounted my rent demanding to pay more. Unbelievable. Find a better place - not worth your money. Absolute disaster, never again. Advice to landlord: Respond in respectful manner
