Unit 12E Pros: Responsive and attentive building management Never had a problem with other tenants Older building but well maintained with decent appliances Cons: Bad closet space in the units Lack of fiber optic internet Expensive AC bills due to low efficiency rating of building Advice to landlord: Keep doing what you're doing - just keep the prices low!

Pros: Maintenance quick to respond. Super lives in building and is very reasonable and responsive. Building is very well maintained. Doormen are great. Lots of laundry machines, only day it gets full is Sundays. Packages safely stored until pickup. Never had any issues with pests or ac/heat after living here for a year. Cons: They don’t let food delivery up to your door, which may be annoying but adds to the building safety.

Pros: The building manager is fantastic, most of the doormen are super nice, package and mail delivery is simple and easy. The building is very clean and well maintained, any maintenance requests are dealt with very quickly Cons: One of the people who worked the front desk was so mean and passive aggressive I took the back door whenever I heard her at the front entrance. I had a conversation with her where she vented to me about how she had been pinching her young kids when she was frustrated. Moving away from her was a huge relief. The building owner/corporate management company Halstead is also a bit skep- they lost my rent for a few months in 2020 (I sent a check, the money was removed from my bank account, but management couldn’t find the money) and tried to get me to pay double rent for their mistake, they sent lease renewals extremely late, and they have not yet returned my security deposit more than 1 month after vacating Advice to landlord: Armand deserves a raise, he’s excellent at his job

Pros: Management will fix any problem within 24 hours, usually within a few hours. Everything kept tidy and clean. Cons: The garden in the front was promised to be done last year, but it’s still in progress. Advice to landlord: You are doing great!

Pros: Good management, if there is an issue it is dealt with immediately. Quick to collect trash and overall very neat building Cons: Water pressure is bad and waterheater too, it takes forever to renovate the area in front of building Advice to landlord: Fix water heater
