Pros: Elevator !! is great Cons: Initially had some bug issues but they were quickly resolved - sometimes packages are stolen Advice to landlord: Elevator management

Pros: Management is on top of issues and super is responsive Cons: Can't hear on intercom

Pros: Responsive landlord and super Cons: There was an issue with heat in the winter, have had issues with water but they actively work on them
