Pros: Live-in super who works really hard and does a great job, wish he had more help from management though in addressing repairs. Rent-stabilized unit, decent size and fairly priced. In-building laundry units. Decorates at Christmas Cons: Unfortunate roach problem and had a month-long rodent infestation in unit. Floors, stairwells are pretty dirty and due for new carpeting. No dishwasher, tiny kitchens Advice to landlord: Prioritize pest control and cleanings to entryway floors and hallways

Pros: Good responsive super when I was there. Cons: Boiler could be heard throughout building. Advice to landlord: nothing else to add

Pros: Well taken care of with relatively friendly neighbors. No complaints! Cons: No elevator but not the end of the world Advice to landlord: Continue to maintain the building as is! It’s made living in NYC more joyful
