Pros: friendly and quick maintenance staff. Great concierges. Well kept, good communication. Cons: Living rooms with no windows. No light fixtures in bedrooms and living room. Advice to landlord: No ventilation in the hallways + carpet causes smells to stick around for a while.

Pros: Convenient location to Park and ACE123 subway Cons: Unresolved Pest (mouse, roach) issues, Thin walls so you can hear neighbors using toilet, miniature trash chute that does not fit a standard trash bag so you must walk your trash downstairs to first floor every time, smelly pipes and drains in bathroom, moldy dusty AC duct, vents and heater posing major allergen and health risks, laundry facility odors, and most importantly — they stole ALL of my property during the pandemic when I lost my job. Worst rental experience of my life. Do not rent here. Advice to landlord: Stop abusing and bullying tenants.

Pros: Friendly doormen, elevators, gym, cleanliness. Cons: Maintenance makes excuses not to do required repairs. I mean, next level mental gymnastics to avoid replacing things. Then they blame you for issues with those things they won’t repair. Chronic leak. Advice to landlord: Update anything that is older than 10 years, replace unsafe outlets, gas stoves, cabinetry, windows should have screens, damaged floor tiles should be replaced, leaks should be fixed, elevators frequently down.

Pros: Enjoy living here for a few years. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staffs 24/7. They know everyone in the building and are really nice and respectful to everyone. Feel warm and welcomed here everyday. Great handyman, all the maintenance requests are fulfilled within 24 hours even if during weekend or holidays. Everyday cleaning in the hallway. Well managed on site trash station, super convenient. The building location is also a big plus. Cons: Management/leasing office is not onsite and slow-response. Rent goes up every year and you may not get a deal as good as the new tenants, which is a common issue in all the rental buildings in NYC, not really an isolated case. There's a bit chance to ask to keep the rent at a reasonable price (not to rocket up year by year) but don't expect to get an outstanding good deal. Noise level is okay if there's no constructions on the street or if your neighbor doesn't play loud music or throw a big party.

Pros: Convenient, centrally located building near Central Park, Time Warner Center and Columbus Circle subways. Friendly doorman. Responsive building staff. Cons: Only 1-bedroom apartments. Apartments need more updated renovations. Advice to landlord: Renovate the apartments.
