Pros: Great maintenance and doormen staff, central to everything Cons: Very loud if on main street side, will have cockroaches in the summer due to warm weather, leasing people are terrible to work with, can be hit or miss if you have a good neighbor

Pros: great location, doormen & super are very nice and responsive Cons: bit of an older building, some things are not super well maintained or not fixable

Pros: The Front Desk is great and package delivery is super safe. Elevators are fast when one does not break down Cons: There were roaches in the bathroom and getting exterminator was not easy

Unit 3D Pros: large building with nice laundry room (though machines are out of service often, some reject credit card), nice doormen, had freezer break down twice and mice twice. Cons: pest control on the lower floors, no amenities really, heat doesnt work at night during winter and then blasts so hard in the mornings so you wake up sweating Advice to landlord: handle mice
