Unit 2J Pros: This building was my first New York apartment, and if I didn't need to find a bigger space, I would stay here forever. The neighbors are so friendly, the live in super, Lucas, has been fantastic, and overall, I highly recommend this building. I'm sad to leave. Cons: There was a leak that required my bathroom ceiling to be entirely redone which sucked but was handled in a timely manner. Occasionally had a roach (usually dead) after being gone for a few days/week. Advice to landlord: n/a
