Pros: Location is perfect, washer dryer is usually available Cons: Washer dryer is not maintained well - dirty and lots of hair. building can get very hot in the winter and its very loud ambient sound

Unit 6B Pros: The building is quiet and well maintained. The property management company is not as responsive as I would prefer but they do respond & send someone out. However, that person doesn’t always seem to know what they are doing. The elevator has never been broken. I have had zero issues living here. Very basic, easy, quiet building Cons: Packages ALWAYS get stolen! You have no control over the heat & it is hot! Sometimes the property management company doesn’t respond so I have to email a few times. But they are pretty good for NYC standards. Advice to landlord: Virtual doorman would be VERY helpful!
