Pros: Amazing location, feels pretty safe especially being across from a middle school I saw a few bugs in my room but never had any issues with roaches/mice Cons: Hallways and stairs were not well kept The garbage disp…

Pros: Large living room space, natural light in some rooms, good water pressure Cons: Very outdated pipe system, toilet and shower constantly getting clogged. Heat is so hot in the winter it’s unbearable sometimes.
