Pros: Responsive staff, friendly building manager, super responsive management as well Cons: No in-unit laundry and a little on the pricier side for something of similar quality

Pros: Loved how quiet the apartments are and how responsive and helpful the super is. Doormen are also very kind. Great apartment views as well Cons: Location is a little far from subway, not the buildings fault though

Pros: Well kept premises 24-hour doorman Good maintenance Good security All utilities except electricity free (water, heat, gas) Handle deliveries efficiently Roof views Fast elevators Cons: Hall carpeting needs replacement Advice to landlord: Need to trim roof plantings more often,;overgrown Could use better roof furniture, more tables, chairs

Pros: Friendly and responsive staff, soundproofed walls and windows Cons: The location is in Midtown East and about 10 minutes from the nearest subway.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and know you by name. Overall it was a great place to live and enjoyed my experience there. Cons: The building appliances and common areas were outdated. However they were going through recent renovations therefore may have made updates to the unit where I was staying.
