Elevator and laundry Elevator takes long at times. Air conditioner could be better. Elevators could be managed better when people are moving in or out.

Good size units. Cosmetic upgrades to lobby don't make it a luxury building. Continuously requesting exterminator due to cockroaches. Address cockroach issues.

Great staff Laundry in Building Roofdeck Large living space Cockroaches and mice frequently - lived there for 2.5 years and saw about 5-6 mice in total - building was helpful in exterminating but ultimately it was a frequent problem.
