Pros: Well maintained and clean building. The super, Mario, is incredibly sweet and very responsive. He will go out of his way to help you with even the most minor issues. The block is super quiet compared to most of Alphabet City and the East Village. Cons: The video intercom system and laundry card systems are needlessly complicated, but you get used to it Advice to landlord: Give Mario a raise
