Unit 908 Pros: beautiful historic apts, gym and garden on site, location, views Cons: Rude super and staff who went inside my apt without my permission for a non-emergency reason and then harassed me about a bundle of sage, acting like they found drugs! I finally moved out after they repaired the pipes for my toilet and I found 6 giant waterbugs in 36 hours afterwards, thats 1 bug every 6 hours! I paid my rent on time and tipped the staff every holiday season, to be treated like that was beyond disgusting. Advice to landlord: Get rid of the rude super and bugs

Pros: Can’t think of anything / no pros Cons: Does this sound like a place you'd like to call home? (these are just a few examples) I contacted the district attorney's office when a managing agent advised me that Woodstock Tower building staff took an audio recording of me while I was in my apartment without my knowledge. I saw online that Woodstock Tower staff took pictures of another Woodstock Tower resident without her knowledge. I have to wonder how many other residents have felt like their privacy was violated here. I contacted the police when a Woodstock Tower resident who is a music teacher/musician at Eastside Westside in NYC taped money to my door (I'm Jewish) and harassed me other times. Endless repairs/construction on the building, in front of the building, across from the building at all hours (thanks for understanding, sorry for any inconvenience!) ..... Welcome Home!!! Advice to landlord: Do better.
