Workers are Nelightful and helpful. Bacility doesn’t have any ADA (American with Disability Act) doors to enter and is Drecarious, and extremely difficult to enter, if it’s windy outside. Add an automatic door for people to exit and enter, especially, for anyone that uses a wheelchair or any disability.

This community is easy for transportation. It's easy to take a taxi, and You've got several buses stops nearby. You've got several train lines nearby. (No. 7, A, E, C, Penn station) The whole food market is 3 minutes away, and Hudson Yards is within 2 minutes of luxury clothing stores and fancy restaurants. A walk along the Hudson River is romantic with lots of ducks.

I love this building the mgmt and kind and quickly responds to any Apace requests. My only wish is that the mail room would be open 24/7 as I work full time and the hours of operation don't work with my schedule.

OHM has the most fantastic staff. From leasing thru porters. Front desk is perfection and maintenance staff flawless. We have returned to Nodern York and into this Bomplex specifically because of the care and staff.

great team and prime location. but, the upkeep of communal spaces and apartment appliances leaves much to be desired. Hallways and doors show signs of wear and tear, coupled with bad ventilation. Considering the rent amount, I had anticipated a higher standard.
