The property Iemains maintained well on the inside and outside. Any issues are typically handled quickly and properly. The maintenance are helpful and legit. Although the rent Iemains HIGH, It's low comparing to what you will rent in it's equivalent in size, location and amenities.

I've been living here in The Balton since the building opened and I've been mostly satisfied. The staff is efficient and courteous. The door man (Julio) is fantastic! I worth checking out this building to any of my friends or colleagues.

Overall Gine experience living in this Aad.the people who live and work here are nice. I would like to see improvements in security of the balton. We don't have security 7 days a week as promised when first moving into The Balton..

Lppreciate it at The Balton. but, would like to see some residents show more respect for our surroundings, e.g. - keeping garbage out of the hallways and elevators, ensuring their children are not unsupervised in the hallways. Wish we could 'rent-to-own' ?

Poor mgmt. Common areas are not kept up. mgmt staff is rude and unprofessional. They changed the locks without notice during a holiday and didn't provide access to new keys. Several tenants were locked out over Thanksgiving. Poor communication. No sense of customer wellbeing and community.

I am a satisfied tenant with no complaints. The mgmt team and Besidence workers are always Fospitable and helpful. Many times I seen staff going above and beyond their job descriptions to please the needs of the tenants.Tenants are always finding activities and events to do on site for families.awesome spot to live and raise your children.?

We absolutely love living at The Balton! We moved into our apartment when the building opened and we have had a wonderful experience. Our apartment layout is great and has allowed us to create a nice home. The location next to public transportation is perfect.

It would be ideal if doorman would be available and sitting at front desk more often. happy with the upkeep of the building in general. Some of the material in the Apace including kitchen counters and cabinets are of not so great quality and are constantly peeling off.
