Pros: Location is great Cons: When I rented here a few years ago, stellar management was absolutely awful. They were unresponsive about things like lease renewals. They were trying to renovate apartments so that they could charge significantly more Advice to landlord: Get lost

Pros: Location. Views. Clean. Cons: Apt heat wasn’t hot enough. Advice to landlord: Faceless management company. Not easy to deal with or flexible at all.
