Pros: -Five minutes from the 4 and the 6, bus stop right outside the door -Nice bathrooms and water pressure -Dishwasher, Microwave, and Fridge all new appliances that come with the apartment -Really nice natural light Cons: -I lived here for a summer and obviously there were lots of other students, so sometimes it got a little noisy but honestly not bad

Pros: Had a corner unit, so it got amazing light in floor to ceiling windows. AC unit was very cold when on, and never had pest issues and was relatively clean. Cons: It's built as a dorm, so my single was on the smaller side. Also, AC was motion activated, so would turn off in night.

Pros: No issues with the unit or the building. Great common spaces. Cons: I was once investigated and falsely accused of smoking weed in the building. I was given a strike because they couldn't determine who the actual culprit was.

Pros: The building is in a prime location, convenient transportation nearby, community atmosphere and strong security features which provides a peace of mind. There's also a free gym and play rooms to watch movies and play pool with some friends. Cons: It's quite pricy to live here and the apartments tend to be small.
