Unit 5B Pros: - Renovated studio apartment - Fair price for location and size - Well-equiped kitchen - Responsive property manager and super Cons: - Can't control the heat, and it gets really hot in the winter

Pros: Location, easy landlord to work with, very clean and well-maintained, the rental prices were not the lowest in the neighborhood but very fair and the landlord included a rent stabilization rider in the lease Cons: No amenities in the building; the landlord does some things "old school" and can be a bit inefficient; it is a family operation and one time some tenants did receive a letter from one family member stating they hadn't paid one month rent, but the letter was incorrect and no one ever followed up Advice to landlord: Nothing significant to say
