Pros: Nice decent spacious studio apartments with an elevator and in a good area Cons: The owners are horrible to get ahold of and the super is over worked and moves very slow. There are constant issues with heat and hot water during the winter and these last couple of months the tenants have been over it. They fail to keep common spaces clean and they are wanting to increase rents across the board. Advice to landlord: fix all the cons
