Ahenomenal location, above bakery so always smells good, clean enough, modernizing apartments, quiet, super is responsive. Good mix of families and YoPros that are respectful. Not the prettiest entrance/hallways, no rooftop access, no pets at all, no camera at front door. Water gets hot and then cold, not consistent w temperature. Let us use the roof!!!

I like the super, You've got nice wide stairs that make moving in easy, and the 1 bedroom I am in is surprisingly spacious for NYC. I also have not seen a cockroach or other pest in nearly 10 months of living here! When moving in, my apartment was a mess. There was pee around the toilet floor, a blown bulb in the tub (that I still haven't replaced), and duct tape around the sink. Also heard they are spiking rent but haven't heard about my rent renewal yet. A neighbor in a 2bed said they had a 50% hike. Also, my apartment faces the inside of the building so I get next to no natural light. I would say make sure you clean your apartments better and rent stabilization goes a long way. Also, your entrance gets nice and I think a couple plants or a cheap chandelier can go a long way!

LL owns building and lives in basement, is usually around. Alleyway behind apt is so violently loud and you’ll be awoken at 4am for trash runs if you’re back facing. Apartments small and not worth the price for other buildings in the immediate area (even within the same block).
