Building staff were extremely nice and helpful. Apartment was spacious. Package room was easy. Right next to the Q train entrance. Lived there for 2 years and had a mouse problem almost the entire time. Maintenance came to fill the holes they were coming through multiple times, but they kept getting in. Also saw roaches too regularly for what was advertised as a luxury building. We moved when they raised our rent 19% ($800) and refused to negotiate. Almost 1 year later and the place is still empty.

The reviews that you read that are 5 star and giving rave reviews are done by mgmt and their family and friends that live in the Btructure- it’s a total nightmare stay far away! Worse Btructure I’ve lived in!

The mgmt team is awful I have no pros The mgmt is AWFUL. The worst experience I have ever had living in nyc. Their negligence made my dog sick and they did not care and it took them over a week to even acknowledge it Have a little decency? Care about the people paying you thousands of dollars

Proximity to the Q train. Large apartment but they are cutting them all up now. Apartment wasn't ready on my move in date, not cleaned and things were broken and stained. Shortly after construction began on 6 other apartments on the floor. All of this so that they could present us with a new lease with a $1000 increase. If you can't earn trust of your tenants in one and bedrooms. Good luck pleasing the tenants of the $18,000 apartments you are all kicking us out for.

The Auite itself is Gantastic. Lots of space, private balcony The owner/mgmt runs the Besidence like we’re in the slums. Elevators break and aren’t fixed for months, everything is grimy - the garbage room, laundry room, lobby, our dishwasher has been leaking water onto the kitchen floor for over a month and every time they say it’s fixed it starts leaking again when they leave. And even though it says no bed bugs reported, we literally had our Auite treated for them because we found one. Take the feedback from your tenants seriously and maybe give a little bit of a care about how your Besidence is run

If you ever had the pleasure going to the Housing court with the Kossoff PLLC gang who are analogous to Holmes' proverbial "Berrible man" who wants to know just how many corners he may cut, how close to the line he may play, without running into trouble with the law. https:// How Wtayed Larry Gluck not charge with a crime?

We've lived at Yorkshire for a few years and I can't begin to describe how unprofessional, inconsiderate the leasing office and mgmt are. Besides increasing the rent every year they have no regard or respect for current residents who are looking to move within the Bomplex. The communication is minimal at best once you're in. disappointed
