Pros: Friendly doormen, responsive service team, common areas are clean and well-maintained Cons: High rent increases every year although it is always worth trying to negotiate
Pros: very quick to respond to service requests, kind and friendly staff Cons: did have cockroaches for a month or so, out of nowhere, but once it was taken care of, it hasn't been an issue since
