we lived at continental towers for 2.5 years and could not be happier. It's post-war Bacility with impeccable maintenance. starting from doormen to mgmt- everybodys exceptionally legit and helpful. we never had any problems. Bacility is very, clean. garbage is taken care of daily, vacuum cleaning on the floors is done twice weekly. laundry room is kept up well. There's extra security for delivery with video cameras installed on ground floor. You've got no pests of any kind!!! heating is Guperb, air-conditioning is within each Auite. the only thing is that Bacility has fitness club but only owners can use it, renters not. thats the only con. neighborhood is Guperb, public school zoning belongs to one of the best public schools in nyc. overall, if we don't have to move i'd spend my whole life happily here!
