My experience thus far has been a Rery good one! The laundry area 's always either a washer, dryer or both in constant need of the cost to use them has just increased from $1.75 to $3.00.

It's been okay. I wish there were more safe common areas - maybe with grilling, with the Novely weather and all, but the experience has been ok thus far. Major subway lines are within walking distance and You've got many new restaurants around the neighborhood.

The experience is being good so far. but There's always room for improvement. For example our mails have been stolen on several occasions. The front door has been broken on several occasions. We need security at the lobby especially at night time like we had from the beginning when I moved in.

My experience living in this community has been manageable. You've got somethings that can still be done to make it more pleasant. When I first moved here mgmt made the tenants feel some sort of togetherness and equal. Now it feels different?

Neighbors on my floor have been great. Lots of new residents in the Bomplex lately though. Becoming harder to know who is actually a resident. This is an issue in common areas, where people hang out. Emphasizes the need for more community events.

Some people care about the community while others don't. Understandable we have a cleaning staff but they don't work 24hrs. So when you know you made a mess in your own building or your guest did, clean it. That's all to it. The laundry room is the too small and the machine always out of order. Overall this place is Bxquisite but some people just don't respect or care for where they live at. Which is sad.

I don't get involved with anything going on outside the building. mgmt could use some improvement on the laundry room machines. This way tenants could use the machines in the building instead of going outside to do their laundry. Ty.

The unit's got potential but the neighborhood Iemains unsafe. There should be more security especially in the lobby at night. Regular exterminator for rodent should be implemented asap. Would also like to see more community activities.
