Unit 5B Pros: Nice location, has an elevator and laundry and is pet friendly Cons: Landlord/ manager can sometimes take a bit to get back to you. The AC/Heating seems to require an awful lot of repairs. A lot of repairs in general Advice to landlord: Get renters insurance and invest in earplugs for sleeping soundly

Pros: Location is nice and neighbors are greats Cons: Mice and the windows are so thin that it’s very cold Advice to landlord: Take care of mice and thin windows
