Pros: Pretty clean, doormen are nice, super is prompt with fixing Cons: The north facing units have little sunlight due to being blocked by taller buildings on all sides

Pros: Very quick to resolve any issues within your unit (ie washer stopped working and they replaced it with a brand new washer in a day) Cons: the change for heat to A/C & voice versa is centrally controlled

Unit 4D Pros: Super was very helpful, great location, excellent rooftop. Doorman friendly. Over all 5 star rental. Cons: 36th St is a busy street, lots of trucks stuck in traffic weekdays morning. Noise level was the only issue

Pros: Great location for getting anywhere (Herald Square, Penn Station access) Great rooftop view and fixings (seats, 1 grill) If your unit's windows face the hotel to the north, lots of privacy and no noise. Cons: They have a $300 charge for bringing >4 people into common areas. How well enforced, not sure. But they have cameras to monitor who's in each common area, which is understandable. Weight room is dumbbells and a few ellipticals / treadmills / rowing machine. A couple benches and yoga mats. Advice to landlord: Up the amount of guests you can bring to the roofdeck to be around 8 people, for the lounge maybe 4 people is fine.
