Unit 4 Pros: Small building with only three units, so it’s generally quiet and nice. The building common areas (staircase, entrance, etc) don’t get cleaned that often. Cons: Walk up building, no control over heat, no AC

Pros: The location is amazing Cons: Lazy, non-responsive management and ownership. Complete dump, no repairs or upgrades. Advice to landlord: Comply with housing code
