Great area, landlord does the bare minimum well No super, nice repair person but no one else to speak with. Laundry was broken for weeks. Get a super.

Amazing location, quiet street Basic necessities were broken when we moved in (stove,oven/ ac / etc) took months to fix. Maitenance isn't fast or easy. Package theft problem. Have had 4 cockroaches and 1 mouse in our apt in a year. Make sure units are move in ready

location's amazing, decently updated units. No elevator, some units are SROs with bathrooms down the hall. At least one long term resident is a smoker and is protected by tenant laws so is allowed to smoke. Can smell it in hallways and some apartments.
