Unit 1B Pros: Quiet street, nice and responsive super, trustworthy neighbors, washer/dryer in unit Cons: Lots of apartment basic issues(water, heat, etc), no storage, not a lot of countertop space, no dishwashers

Pros: option of washer/dryer or dishwasher. close proximity to the subway. Cons: insufficient heat. stolen packages. Advice to landlord: a camera in the lobby.
