Unit 5E Pros: Relaxed building/management, Super is responsive, Neighbors are friendly Cons: Units have had mice, Management doesn't clean the lobby or the main stairwell

Unit #4B Pros: Great location, two units per floor so not overly noisy, spacious living spaces. Cons: Mice and cockroaches. Advice to landlord: Redo the walls because setting traps is not a long term fix.
