Pros: The neighbors been there for a while so they all try to stick together to keep up with building. Cons: Most of the time there's no elevator so you have to take the stairs not the best. There's no air and it smells like piss. Maintenance never complete their job, leaving a mess for you to clean. Advice to landlord: The building needs help Real help
