Pros: Lived on the top floor for a year. My unit was so bright and had so many windows. The view over the cemetery and puck building was so special. Amazing location Cons: Smallest bathroom I’ve literally ever seen. My apartment was freezing cold in the winter even with the heat on full blast. I had a $400 heating bill one month, meanwhile it was literally still 39 degrees IN my unit. Bathroom flooded every time I showered. Often times I couldn’t get hot water. I also had a gas leak in the stove. But whatevs, I survived Advice to landlord: Fix the heating
