Pros: Building is well-run. Construction is high quality. 24 hour doorman. Many markets and restaurants close by. Steps from subway. Cons: Being on Broadway, there are occasionally sirens, although double-pane windows help to block the noise out. Advice to landlord: Keep the high standards
